上海米林化学有限公司2006年初注册成立于中国上海，2010年在上海创建了上海好林化学有限公司，2022年在山东创建了好林（威海）新材料有限公司。好林（威海）新材料有限公司年产3万吨功能性新材料助剂生产项目总投资5亿元，项目分两期建设，目前第一期投资1.5个亿一期占地50亩，已建成1万平方米建筑面积。项目主要从事功能性新材料助剂的研发、生产和销售，主要产品为三元羧酸防锈剂（corrosion inhibitor tricarboxylic acid, CAS No.: 80584-91-4）。满负荷投产后，产能可达3万吨，产值达6亿。米林、好林化学从成立至今，一直专注于切削液添加剂的研发和生产，是实实在在的添加剂制造商。

In 2010, Shanghai Holly Chemical Limited was established, and in 2022, Holly (Weihai) New Materials Limited was established in Shandong. Holly (Weihai) New Materials has an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of corrosion inhibitor tricarboxylic acid, with a total investment of 500 million yuan. The project will be constructed in two phases. Currently, the first phase has an investment of 150 million yuan, and the first phase covers an area of 50 acres, with a built-up area of 10,000 square meters. The project is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of corrosion inhibitor tricarboxylic acid (CAS 80584-91-4). After full load production, the production capacity can be 30,000 tons and the output value can reach 600 million yuan.
